Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

We are looking for a Dispatch Officer to join our Finished Product Store (FPS)team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute dispatch of finished goods as per schedule.
* Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
* Prepare dispatch documentation including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documents.
* Ensure GDP/GMP compliance during dispatch activities.
* Maintain dispatch records and inventory accuracy.
* Coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.
* Handle ERP/SAP entries related to dispatch (preferred).
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
