About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Subject Matter Expert (AP Calculus) to develop and review high-quality academic content for the US education market. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual knowledge of AP Calculus (AB & BC), excellent problem-solving skills, and prior experience in solution authoring or curriculum-based content development.
This position offers an opportunity to work on international education projects while contributing to impactful learning resources for students across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed, accurate, and step-by-step solutions for AP Calculus questions.
- Create original academic content aligned with the AP Calculus and US Curriculum standards.
- Review and validate mathematical content to ensure conceptual accuracy and quality.
- Author clear, student-friendly explanations and answer keys.
- Perform quality assurance checks and revise content based on editorial feedback.
- Collaborate with academic reviewers, project managers, and content teams to achieve project deliverables.
- Ensure consistency with curriculum guidelines, formatting standards, and academic best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and quality standards while meeting assigned deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Mathematics (Mandatory).
- Candidates with specialization in Mathematics only will be considered.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in:
- AP Calculus
- US Curriculum Mathematics
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical reasoning skills.
Mandatory Requirements
- Prior experience working with the US Curriculum is mandatory.
- Experience in academic content writing, solution authoring, or educational publishing.
- Ability to write detailed, error-free, and student-friendly mathematical explanations.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on conceptual correctness.
- Ability to work independently while meeting project timelines.
