Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain applications and services using Node.js / JavaScript.
* Build solutions integrating Raspberry Pi, sensors, controllers, and other hardware.
* Work with MQTT, Modbus RTU/TCP, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, WebSockets, and serial communication.
* Develop APIs and device communication services.
* Work with Linux/Raspberry Pi OS, GPIO, UART/RS-485, USB, I2C/SPI, etc.
* Troubleshoot software, hardware interfaces, networking, and device communication issues.
* Provide technical support to on-site hardware engineers during installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
* Provide technical support to customers using our products, including remote troubleshooting and issue resolution.
* Analyze logs and field issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with hardware/firmware teams for fixes.
* Document technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Required Skills
* Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript.
* Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
* Hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi and Linux.
* Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Git, REST APIs, asynchronous programming.
Preferred Skills
* MQTT — brokers, topics, QoS, publishers/subscribers.
* Modbus RTU / Modbus TCP.
* RS-485 / serial communication.
* Experience with PLCs, industrial devices, sensors, IoT gateways, or automation systems.
* Docker, databases, cloud/IoT platforms, and Wireshark are a plus.
Qualifications
* Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
* Freshers or 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
* Strong communication skills and willingness to work closely with customers and field/hardware teams.
* Ideal candidate: Someone who can work across Node.js + Linux + Raspberry Pi + Networking + MQTT/Modbus + Hardware, and is comfortable troubleshooting real-world product issues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
