Manager – uPVC Windows and Doors Section
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager to lead our uPVC Windows and Doors Section. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete section operations, including production planning, team management, quality control, installation coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the complete uPVC windows and doors manufacturing operations.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, glazing, and finishing activities.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Coordinate with sales, design, purchase, stores, and installation teams.
- Review drawings, measurements, and technical requirements for projects.
- Manage manpower allocation and improve team productivity.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Handle troubleshooting related to production and installation issues.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely dispatch and installation.
- Implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost control.
- Maintain production records, reports, and operational documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in managing uPVC windows and doors manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of uPVC profiles, hardware, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in quality control and project coordination.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of uPVC window and door systems along with the ability to lead operations, improve productivity, and deliver high-quality products to customers.
