We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Analytics Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge and real-world experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training in Data Analytics with a strong focus on practical and industry-oriented learning
- Teach data analysis concepts using Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Power BI
- Train students in data cleaning, data transformation, data visualization, and report generation
- Demonstrate the use of analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and business insights from datasets
- Teach database concepts and SQL for data extraction, querying, and reporting
- Guide students in creating interactive dashboards and business reports using Power BI
- Introduce data storytelling and visualization best practices for effective business communication
- Provide hands-on training using real-world datasets and business case studies
- Mentor students in developing end-to-end analytics projects from data collection to insight generation
- Design assignments, assessments, and capstone projects aligned with current industry requirements
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Support students in building strong portfolios and preparing for analytics-related job roles
- Assist students in understanding key business metrics, KPI tracking, and decision-making through data
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel (Advanced Excel), SQL, Python, Power BI, Pandas, and NumPy
- Understanding of data cleaning, data visualization, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Experience working with dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools
- Knowledge of statistics and data-driven decision-making concepts
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Prior teaching, training, or industry experience in Data Analytics is preferred
- Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, SQL, or related technologies will be an added advantage
Location Preference
Candidates preferably located near Kanhangad, Kasaragod, or Kannur, or willing to commute to the location.
