Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls professionally.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely updates.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of thamil or Malayalam is an advantage).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
