About the Role
Join Accenture's Global Network Retail team and work at the intersection of strategy and execution for leading global retailers. As a Consultant, you will drive digital transformation programs spanning e-commerce, loyalty, and customer analytics — partnering with clients from diagnosis through delivery. This role is for someone who is as comfortable in a client boardroom as in a workstream deep-dive: sharp on strategy, hands-on in execution, and compelling in every communication.
What You'll Do

Lead and contribute to client engagements focused on retail digital transformation, covering e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, and customer/marketing analytics

Develop business cases, design operating models, and establish transformation governance frameworks

Conduct diagnostic assessments, stakeholder workshops, and benchmarking exercises to shape prioritized digital roadmaps

Support platform discovery and implementation across tools such as Adobe Experience Cloud, CDPs, CMS, PIM, POS, or DAM solutions

Drive end-to-end requirements gathering, functional design, and solution validation in close collaboration with client IT, marketing, and operations teams

Contribute to marketing analytics workstreams by helping clients structure segmentation approaches, prioritize personalization initiatives, and establish ROI measurement frameworks tied to business outcomes.

Develop high-quality client-facing deliverables — structured PowerPoint presentations and Excel models that are clear, rigorous, and board-ready

Contribute to business development through RFP responses, POVs, and thought leadership

Mentor junior team members and support capability-building within the retail digital practice
