Job Summary
A Retail Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive shopping experience in a retail store. The role involves customer interaction, product knowledge, inventory support, and maintaining store presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the store
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotions
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS systems
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Follow company policies and sales procedures
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
