Required Skills & Experience:
⦁ Braze Platform: 4-6+ years hands-on Braze implementation experience
⦁ Customer Journeys: Expert-level journey design and orchestration
⦁ Campaign Automation: Advanced knowledge of behavioral triggers, decision trees, delays
⦁ Integrations: API experience (Snowflake, webhook, REST APIs)
⦁ Multi-channel Marketing: Email, SMS, push, in-app campaign design
⦁ Data: Understanding of data attributes, segmentation, audience activation
⦁ Analytics: Campaign performance measurement and optimization
⦁ SQL: Basic SQL for data validation (optional but helpful)
⦁ Testing: UAT and production deployment experience
⦁ Certifications / Qualifications:
⦁ Braze Certified Professional (required)
⦁ Advanced Braze Strategist certification preferred
Pay: ₹562,199.05 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
