Jainam Invamed Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing Cosmetic & Personal Care OEM Manufacturing company with ₹150+ Crore annual turnover, 700+ employees, and 150+ domestic and export clients. We are looking for a young, dynamic, execution-focused professional to work directly with the Founder and drive strategy execution, transformation, automation, and operational excellence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
· Work directly with Founder on strategy building and ground-level execution.
· Monitor execution timelines and drive closure of strategic initiatives.
· Lead structured S.T.O.P. (Strategy – Targets – Obstacles – Progress) meetings with department leaders.
· Create and maintain Founder’s calendar aligned with business priorities.
· Conduct data analysis and build dashboards for Founder review meetings and strategic decision-making.
· Lead SOP creation and process standardisation across departments.
· Drive cost optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives.
· Support capacity expansion and scale-up projects.
· Anchor ERP, digital transformation, and process automation initiatives.
· Identify and implement practical AI use cases for daily business operations.
· Support governance, review culture, and leadership coordination.

· Strong execution and follow-up discipline
· Excellent analytical and dashboard-building capability
· Experience in SOP creation and process improvement
· Comfortable working with factory teams and senior leadership
· Exposure to ERP / automation / digital transformation projects
· High ownership mindset with problem-solving approach
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Integrity, confidentiality, and leadership potential
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute preferred
Candidates with certifications or exposure in:
Lean Manufacturing
Six Sigma
Project Management
ERP
Data Analytics
Digital Transformation will be preferred
Strong analytical and technology orientation is essential
