We are looking for a professional and organized Front Office Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments/meetings.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Support day-to-day administrative and office management activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Maintain files, records, and documentation accurately.
- Assist in travel arrangements, courier services, and facility management.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of office premises.
- Prepare reports, and other administrative documents as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or Administrative Executive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle visitors, clients, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
