We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telecounselor to guide prospective students and help them choose the right career courses.The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining our services, and converting leads into admissions/sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and counsel students who have shown interest in courses
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and career opportunities
- Schedule centre visits and follow up regularly
- Maintain student data and update records in CRM
- Achieve admission and conversion targets
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
- Explain courses, services, and offers in a clear and engaging manner
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince and handle objections
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and student-friendly approach
- Experience in counseling/telecalling is an advantage
Pay: ₹11,008.57 - ₹35,409.07 per month
Work Location: In person
