About the Role
We are seeking a Pre-sales, Customer Training, Onboarding, and Support Representative for a global customer base for a financial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. The ideal candidate learns quickly, communicates clearly, and is confident in client-facing settings (video and in-person). You’ll blend consultative selling with hands-on customer success—engaging prospects, running demos, helping close qualified deals, and ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and product adoption.
This role is based in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. Occasional international travel for client meetings or events may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor in pre-sales by quickly absorbing product and domain knowledge, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored solutions with clear ROI.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations (remote and in-person) that translate features into business outcomes.
- Support the sales cycle by prospecting, nurturing leads, conducting demonstrations, and assisting in closing qualified opportunities.
- Provide post-sales support, including onboarding, customer training, issue resolution, and on-site implementation when required, ensuring smooth product adoption.
- Help customers maximize product usage by providing proactive guidance, resources, FAQs, and product updates.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly while building long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Support, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and support cases.
- Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, presentations, and events.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new products, technologies, and business processes.
Requirements
- Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present to customers.
- Professional and presentable with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work during overlapping New York/London business hours from Gandhinagar when required.
- Proficiency in online meeting platforms, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
- Customer-focused with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Prior experience in pre-sales, business development, customer success, customer support, or other client-facing roles is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Finance is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with international or U.S.-based customers is an advantage.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, fintech, or professional services is an advantage.
Compensation for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and overall suitability for the position. The final compensation package will be determined during the selection process.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
