WE’RE HIRING | PROJECT HEAD
Location: Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Head to lead and manage our interior projects from planning to successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple projects from start to completion
- Manage project planning, execution, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and project standards
- Manage project budgets, resources, and material requirements
- Identify and resolve project-related challenges efficiently
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Supervise and guide project managers, site teams, and supervisors
- Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management
Candidate Profile:
Degree/Diploma in Civil, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
8+ years of relevant experience in project management
Strong experience in interior, exhibition, events, or construction projects
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Strong knowledge of site execution, project planning, and quality control
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
