Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of all bakery and café outlets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
- Monitor outlet sales, expenses, wastage, and profitability.
- Manage outlet staff, scheduling, discipline, and performance.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and operational inspections.
- Ensure proper stock management and inventory control.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, HR, and accounts departments.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Monitor attendance, manpower requirements, and staff productivity.
- Implement company policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Support outlet openings, promotions, and sales improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bakery, café, restaurant, or retail operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety, and customer service standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in multi-outlet bakery or café operations.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience and performance.
Working Hours:
As per company policy and operational requirements.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
