Tan90 Thermal Solutions is seeking a high-performing Vertical Sales Head to lead and scale our Cooling as a Service (CaaS) vertical and PCM retrofitting of cold storages across India. The role demands a hustler with a track record of driving exponential growth — someone who has built teams, captured market share, and expanded verticals in their previous organizations.
- Own revenue and margin targets for CaaS and PCM retrofitting verticals.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across logistics, food, pharma, and warehousing segments.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with cold chain operators, OEMs, and infrastructure partners.
- Identify high-value accounts for PCM retrofits and recurring CaaS contracts.
- Drive city-level deployment models, franchise expansion, and pay-per-use service adoption.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to align pricing, service quality, and delivery timelines.
- Build and mentor a high-output sales team capable of rapid market penetration.
- 8–15 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in cold chain, HVAC, energy efficiency, or logistics technology sectors.
- Proven history of scaling a business vertical or achieving 5–10x revenue growth in prior roles.
- Strong commercial acumen — experience in long-cycle B2B contracts, service-based sales, and channel partnerships.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically; must thrive in fast-paced, evolving markets.
- Engineering or business degree required; MBA preferred.
Bonus: Experience in cold chain infrastructure, refrigeration retrofits, or thermal storage systems will be a strong advantage.
