Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise catering operations on a part-time basis
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff during events
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained
Manage smooth food service during functions and events
Allocate duties and guide catering staff as required
Handle customer requirements and resolve issues professionally
Follow safety and cleanliness regulations at all times
