We are looking for a proactive and organized Back Office Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be a local resident of Siliguri, possess good knowledge of the city's localities, and routes, and own a two-wheeler for field coordination and document movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily back-office operations.
- Maintain records, documentation, and reports accurately.
- Handle data entry, filing, banking works.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and operational activities.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Visit government offices, clients, or vendors when required.
- Support administrative and operational functions.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university (preferred).
- Must be a local resident of Siliguri.
- Good knowledge of Siliguri localities, roads, and nearby areas.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Email, Internet).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in coordinating with field teams.
- Professional attitude and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
