Job Title: Product Manager
Role Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build products users actually want.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the product roadmap
- Understand user needs through research, feedback, and data
- Write clear product requirements / user stories
- Prioritize features based on business impact
- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, QA
- Track product performance using metrics and KPIs
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and stakeholders
- Own the product from idea to launch to improvement
Required Skills:
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Clear product thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of technology and UX
- Data-driven mindset (analytics, funnels, conversion)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers with strong fundamentals welcome)
- Startup mindset: ownership > excuses

Pay: ₹853,460.91 - ₹2,426,178.76 per year
