Job Summary,
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational electrical knowledge, hands-on experience with internal wiring and power systems, and the ability to work independently to resolve day-to-day facility maintenance and basic network/IT issues. Key Roles & Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance: Perform daily checks and basic maintenance of power systems, electrical setups, single-phase wiring, and two-phase wiring configurations. Control Panels & UPS Systems: Monitor, inspect, and assist with control panel wiring, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems, and battery backups to ensure continuous power flow. Equipment & Motor Care: Troubleshoot, service, and maintain basic industrial machinery, electric motors, and general equipment. Basic Network Support: Assist with local area network (LAN) setup, cable patching, and basic internet connectivity troubleshooting across the facility. System Operations: Maintain basic computer records, enter maintenance logs, and manage work requests using basic IT software/computers. Facility Support: Handle routine repairs, identify potential electrical/mechanical safety hazards, and report major issues to senior engineers. Key Skills & Qualifications Electrical Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of current, voltage, power dynamics, circuits, and electrical safety standards. Wiring Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of single-phase, two-phase, and panel wiring systems. Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with electric motors, industrial machines, and UPS backup units. Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office/Excel, email communication, and data entry). Network Basics: Elementary knowledge of LAN cables, routers, and connectivity setup. Independent Handling Skills Self-Motivated: Ability to diagnose and solve minor day-to-day electrical and mechanical problems independently without constant supervision. Task Management: Able to prioritize maintenance tasks and respond promptly to emergency machine or power issues. Safety & Quality: Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols while handling electrical connections independently. Requirements & Education Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent certification (Preferred). Experience: [e.g., 1–3 years] of experience in facility maintenance or as an electrician's assistant.
Pay: ₹8,163.25 - ₹16,671.30 per month
