Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from Hiring Managers.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate fit.
2. End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage complete recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports.
3. Stakeholder Management:
Regular follow-up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
