TONIQ Retail Brands operates four fashion accessories brands — TONIQ, Bro Code, Fida, and Ayesha — with a footprint across 202 Shop-in-Shop doors in leading retail chains including Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Naidu Hall, Kapsons, and Baby Shop. The brands also have an active presence on major e-commerce platforms — Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, and Flipkart.
Role Overview
We are looking for an Inventory Executive to manage stock accuracy, movement, and reconciliation across our Shop-in-Shop network and warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring optimal stock availability at store level while minimizing excess, shrinkage, and stockouts across a large, multi-brand, multi-store retail footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across warehouse and 202+ Shop-in-Shop doors
- Track stock inward, outward, and in-transit movements; ensure timely reconciliation between system and physical stock
- Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment dispatches between warehouse and stores based on allocation plans
- Conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts at warehouse and store level; investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor and report on stock ageing, slow-moving inventory, and shrinkage; flag issues to the merchandising/planning team
- Maintain and update Excel-based inventory trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards for management review
- Coordinate with logistics/courier partners to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of stock to stores and marketplaces
- Support order processing and inventory sync for e-commerce channels (Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart)
- Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure inventory data supports allocation and sell-through decisions
- Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements (GRNs, transfer notes, return notes, etc.)
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or retail stock control
- Prior experience in fashion, apparel, or accessories retail preferred
- Experience in a Shop-in-Shop / department store retail model is a strong plus
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data reconciliation); comfort handling large SKU/store-level datasets
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Good organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple stores/dispatches simultaneously
- Familiarity with inventory/ERP systems is an added advantage
