We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Manager for our premium farmhouse and resort project. The candidate should have strong communication skills, team handling ability, customer interaction experience, and real estate marketing knowledge.
The role includes lead generation, customer calling, site visit management, sales closing, digital marketing coordination, and team management for our farmhouse and resort projects.
- Handle customer inquiries and generate leads
- Manage calling team and sales executives
- Arrange and attend site visits with clients
- Explain project benefits, amenities, and investment opportunities
- Coordinate with digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-ups
- Build strong customer relationships and close sales deals
- Conduct promotional activities and marketing events
- Guide team members to achieve monthly targets
- Promote farmhouse plots, resort memberships, banquet halls, and investment plans
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team handling ability
- Real estate or sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Smart presentation and customer handling skills
Salary Package
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Smart Incentives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
