Qualification : Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Experience : Minimum 2 years and above in Sales/ Operations of centers (education sector preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and activities of the center
- Budget Management
- Maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with students and their parents
- Staff Supervision
- Design and coordinate educational programs, services offered by the center
- Marketing and Promotion
- Customer Relations
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on the center's monthly activities
- Engage with the local community, businesses, and educational institutions to increase partnerships and collaboration
Skills required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Persuasive and convincing interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the education industry and admission processes
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
