Position: Interior Sales Consultant
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Interior Sales Consultant to drive business growth by generating leads, understanding client requirements, conducting site visits, taking accurate measurements, and converting inquiries into successful interior design projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, a basic understanding of interior design, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through references, site visits, field marketing, and other sales activities.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design requirements.
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements of residential and commercial spaces.
- Explain the company's interior design solutions and recommend suitable products and services.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare layouts, quotations, and project proposals.
- Follow up with clients, address queries, negotiate, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (interior design, furniture, home décor, or real estate preferred).
- Knowledge of taking site measurements and understanding floor plans/layouts.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a field-sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
