- Diagnostics: Troubleshoot engine, transmission, steering, and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and manual checks.
- Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive services including fluid changes, tire rotations, and system inspections.
- Repairs: Replace or repair worn-out components (brakes, clutches, suspension) and test-drive vehicles to verify performance post-repair.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and communicate with service advisors regarding repair timelines and cost estimates.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: an ITI, Diploma, or Associate's degree in automotive technology or a related trade is preferred.
- Experience: 1–5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and multi-brand servicing.
- Skills: Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and OBD scanners.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license.
- Physical: Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
