Beacon Minds is looking for an enthusiastic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates in the early stage of their marketing careers who are eager to learn, experiment, and grow in the digital space.
You will work closely with marketing, design, content, and sales teams to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through data-driven campaigns and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels
- Create and manage social media marketing initiatives including content planning, outreach, engagement, and growth
- Optimize and manage LinkedIn profiles (founder and company page) to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation
- Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, engagement metrics, and lead generation results
- Support SEO initiatives, website content publishing, and keyword research
- Track digital marketing activities and maintain performance reports and campaign analytics
- Coordinate with design, content, and product teams for campaign execution and creative development
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns, promotions, and product/service launches
- Run performance experiments and optimization initiatives to improve marketing outcomes
- Prepare MIS and campaign performance reports based on digital marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media marketing
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and SEO basics
- Understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platforms
- Knowledge of paid ads, campaign optimization, and lead generation strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance
- Enthusiasm to experiment, learn, and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
