Job Summary
Sukhmani Diagnocare is hiring a PNDT Staff / PNDT Documentation Assistant to manage all PNDT‑related records, forms, compliance, and coordination work as per government guidelines.
The candidate should be responsible, accurate, and well‑organized in handling documentation related to ultrasound patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all PNDT documents, records, and registers as per legal requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient details in Form‑F and PNDT registers.
- Coordinate with doctors/technicians to collect required patient information.
- Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
- Keep PNDT files updated and organized (digital & physical).
- Assist in generating daily/monthly PNDT reports.
- Ensure that all PNDT norms and guidelines are followed correctly.
- Provide support in front office/ultrasound department when needed.
Required Skills
- Good handwriting and ability to fill forms neatly.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations (preferred).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to follow rules, protocols, and legal guidelines strictly.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12th pass or Graduate (Any stream).
- Experience in PNDT documentation or diagnostic centre work is an added advantage.
- Training in PNDT rules/guidelines (preferred but not mandatory).

As per centre policy.

Based on experience and skills.
