Role Summary :
Lead the HR function by driving people strategy aligned with business goals across talent acquisition, HR business partnering, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design.
- Lead talent acquisition and succession planning.
- Drive performance management and leadership development.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
- Foster employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Lead HR analytics and reporting for business decisions.
Qualifications:
- MBA/MSW in HR or equivalent.
- 10–12 years of progressive HR experience with leadership exposure.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR systems, and stakeholder management.
Key Competencies:
Strategic thinking, leadership, business partnering, change management, communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, coaching, and analytical skills.
