Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the pest control branch
- Manage and schedule technician teams for service delivery
- Drive new business through AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and one-time pest control orders
- Ensure timely follow-ups and renewal of existing contracts
- Monitor quality of field services and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate stock and chemical inventory records
- Enforce safety protocols and proper usage of equipment and protective gear
- Supervise billing processes, payment collections, and follow up on overdue accounts
- Plan and execute local marketing activities (flyers, society visits, corporate client meetings)
- Submit monthly performance reports and ensure achievement of branch targets

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
