Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years as an Operations Team Lead/Supervisor in the BPO industry
- Must have billing experience and Preferred banking/lending, finance, insurance, or US mortgage servicing
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with 2+ years of team leadership experience
- Must have minimum 1-2 years of financial services or banking experience
