Profile Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates with strong communication skills for the role of Client Relationship Executive. Candidates who are graduates or pursuing/completed a master’s degree in Science, Management, Pharmacy, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
This opportunity is suitable for both freshers and experienced professionals who are interested in client handling, relationship management, and service coordination. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting business growth through professional communication and service excellence.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients regarding ongoing services and provide timely updates.
- Support client retention activities and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of services and quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate communication records and client information using digital tools and software.
- Ensure a professional and client-focused approach in all interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation or Master’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Management, or related fields preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior client handling or customer relationship experience will have an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms preferred.
