Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with 3–4 years of experience in the Advertising, Printing, Signage, Branding, or POSM industry. The ideal candidate should have strong client handling skills and be able to coordinate projects from order confirmation to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client communication and manage day-to-day project coordination.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
- Prepare quotations, POs, PIs, and order-related documents.
- Follow up on artwork approvals, production status, and deliveries.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely execution.
- Resolve client queries and provide regular project updates.
- Coordinate payment follow-ups with clients and the Accounts team.s.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Client Servicing.
- Mandatory experience in Advertising, Printing, Signage, Branding, or POSM industry.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- ERP/CRM experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
