We are currently hiring for Process Associate – International Outbound Calling for a client based in Kirti Nagar, Delhi.

Salary: ₹15,000 onwards In-hand + Incentives (Negotiable based on experience)
Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with international customers through outbound calling.
Generate leads and manage regular customer follow-ups.
Maintain strong communication standards and customer experience.
Handle customer queries professionally and effectively.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Maintain call records and process documentation.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 months of experience in International Outbound Calling
Freshers with excellent communication skills will be considered.
Experience in sales process or lead generation will be an advantage
Excellent spoken English and communication skills
Strong interpersonal and listening abilities
Comfortable working in target-oriented environments
Ability to remain professional and composed during customer interactions
Comfortable with early morning shifts
