Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer with 6+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, and DevOps tools to design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other DevOps tools.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
- Configure and manage AWS services including EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, ALB, CloudFront, API Gateway, WAF, Route 53, and EBS.
- Implement monitoring, logging, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
- Design and maintain security policies, IAM roles, networking, and load balancing configurations.
- Collaborate with development teams to build, release, and maintain cloud-native applications.
- Create and maintain automation scripts and configuration management using Chef.
- Monitor AWS infrastructure performance, availability, and cost optimization.
- Perform infrastructure troubleshooting, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and DevOps best practices.
- Support production environments and resolve critical infrastructure issues.
- Document infrastructure architecture, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
- Expertise in Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation.
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Experience with Chef for configuration management and automation.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, DNS, Layer 7 routing, and security.
- Experience with Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certification (Associate or Professional) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and cloud cost optimization.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Pay: ₹398,942.47 - ₹1,618,122.55 per year
