About the Role
Opelox Media & Marketing is looking for a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Executive with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
The ideal candidate should have experience planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Display Ads. Experience managing international paid media campaigns across global markets is highly preferred.
We are looking for someone who understands performance beyond just running campaigns — someone who can analyze data, optimize budgets, improve conversions, and drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Google Display Network (GDN) campaigns, including audience targeting, placements, remarketing, creative testing, and optimization.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
- Manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Plan and execute campaigns targeting international markets and global audiences.
- Conduct audience research and build effective targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop performance-focused ad creatives.
- Set up and verify campaign tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices across Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven expertise in Google Display Ads / Google Display Network (GDN).
- Experience managing international paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion-focused campaign strategies.
- Experience with campaign optimization and budget management.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics and analytics.
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Preferred Candidate
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
- Previous experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience managing campaigns across markets such as the UK, USA, UAE, Europe, or other international regions will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting.
Key Requirement
Candidates with strong Google Display Ads expertise and proven international campaign experience will be given preference.
