Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and manage the company's finance and accounts function.
The candidate will be responsible for accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audit, financial planning, cash-flow management, MIS, budgeting, financial controls and management reporting, while working closely with the Co-Founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate statutory, tax and internal audits.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS and management reports.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Manage cash flow, working capital and payment planning.
- Monitor project/product costing and profitability.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs.
- Support fundraising, financial modelling and investor reporting.
- Manage financial due diligence and documentation.
- Review payroll accounting and statutory payroll compliances.
- Support defence contracts, government projects and tenders from a finance/compliance perspective.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Co-Founders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- ICAI membership preferred/required.
- 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Strong experience in accounting, audit and financial reporting.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow and working capital management.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle or similar ERP/accounting software.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in manufacturing, defence, aerospace, engineering, electronics, technology, deep-tech or startups will be preferred.

Monday to Saturday
6 days working
Work from office – Hyderabad
