We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and grow our presence on Upwork and other freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, submitting high-quality proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Craft compelling and customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with delivery capabilities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience in bidding on freelance platforms.
- Strong understanding of Upwork and similar marketplaces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and submit winning proposals.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and target-focused approach.
