We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting students, explaining our courses, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students and leads
- Explain course details (Data Science, Networking, AWS, Linux, etc.)
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain lead records
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Maintain good communication and relationship with students
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Kannada + English +Hindi preferred)
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Freshers can apply (Experience in telecalling is an added advantage)
