Qualification: Degree
Experience : 4+ Yrs
Location: Mumbai, Andheri E - Pickup/drop from Kanjurmarg & Andheri stn

Job Description
- Coordinate and support daily sales operations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, deliveries, and payments.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Prepare MIS of sales, stock, logistics, despatches etc.
- Monitor logistics and communicate dispatch status to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with dispatch, Logistics, marketing, customers.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written & verbal English communication mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in SAP
