Senior Subject Matter Expert (Computer Science & Robotics)Role Overview
We are hiring experienced Subject Matter Experts to design high-quality Computer Science and Robotics content for Grades 1–12. This is an in-person role focused on building competency-based, problem-solving-driven learning experiences aligned with real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design structured lessons, activities, and assessments for CS & Robotics
- Develop problem-solving-oriented content (logic building, decision-making, real-world scenarios)
- Create competency-based questions integrating Skill, Knowledge, and Attitude
- Break down complex topics into simple, student-friendly explanations (A1–A2 level where needed)
- Lead content planning, review cycles, and quality validation
- Collaborate closely with academic, design, and product teams (in-office)
- Mentor interns and junior content developers
- Ensure all outputs are textbook-ready and instructionally strong
Core Requirement: Problem Solving Expertise
- Ability to design multi-step logical problems
- Translate real-world situations into computational thinking tasks
- Identify learning gaps and create targeted problem sets
- Strong analytical thinking with structured reasoning approach
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong foundation in Computer Science (AI, Data, Algorithms, Programming)
- Hands-on understanding of Robotics (Arduino, sensors, automation basics)
- Experience in curriculum design / textbook development
- Deep understanding of Bloom’s Taxonomy and competency-based education
- Excellent structuring, writing, and content validation skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science / IT / related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience

- Experience with Indian school curriculum
- Ability to convert theory into real-life applications
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Experience mentoring teams
