Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with component-based architecture and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API consumption within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing web components for performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
