Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day project activities and coordinate across departments. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to provide project updates.
- Assist in the preparation of tender cost estimation.
- After winning of contract, monitoring & managing the overall health of the contract.
- Track risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Maintaining projected profit margins over the life of the contract.
- Identify, evaluate, and respond to government tender opportunities.
- Prepare and submit technically sound and commercially viable tender proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to ensure timely submission of bids.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with government norms.
- Oversee the execution of awarded contracts, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
- Maintain target profit margins and manage project costs effectively.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable legal, statutory, and safety requirements.
- Monitor contract performance, handle variations or extensions, and ensure timely billing and payments.
