Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
* Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
* Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
