Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspection of incoming, in-process, and finished products as per quality standards.
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using measuring instruments.
- Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in root cause analysis for customer complaints and internal quality concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and work instructions.
- Support continuous improvement activities in manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with production teams to achieve quality objectives.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of quality control and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum knowledge of IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Understanding of 5S, Kaizen, and basic quality tools will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts and manufacturing environment.
