Job details

To use design software to develop models and drawings of Existing products & New products
To make all products, sub parts, child part final design take approval & file final copy in our record
To Execute the all Orders & Project design as per order flow
To Give order design to production team for further production process
To Identify solutions of design to improve production efficiency
To do cost estimation for crane & Crane projects & coordinate with sales team
To play supportive role in new product development
To supervise production process as per design as and when required
To update/upgrade products drawing as and when required
To Close watch on competitor new products development & product design
To do close coordination with Production department
To Conduct/Attend meetings regularly with Production team to help consistency in teamwork 7 development side.
To do every day reporting to RM (Reporting manager) about Planning & Achievement, also prepare Weekly, Monthly data & Present in weekly & Monthly meeting
To manage the HR Life cycle in R & D department Resources Actively.

Performance Mgt. & Improvement Exit
Maintain STERP and ISO documentation.
Maintain MPD Life cycle minimum six product by year

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
