Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager who can drive sales, manage customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle and convert leads generated through digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
* Conduct client meetings, site visit coordination, and project presentations.
* Build and maintain relationships with investors, channel partners, and customers.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closures.
* Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
* Support the Sales Manager in team coordination and business development activities.
* Stay updated on Dholera Smart City developments and market trends.
Requirements
* 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, BFSI, Insurance, or Direct Sales.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience with CRM and property portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, etc.
* Strong customer handling and closing abilities.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
