We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive / IT Engineer to manage and support our Biometric Verification Projects and AWS Server Infrastructure used during examinations and large-scale field operations.
The candidate will be responsible for handling biometric verification systems, AWS cloud servers, application monitoring, troubleshooting, field coordination, and technical support during examination projects across different locations.
Job Summary
The IT Executive will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s biometric verification application hosted on AWS servers. The role involves server monitoring, biometric device management, application support, data handling, troubleshooting, and coordination with operations teams during live examination projects.
Key Responsibilities (Biometric Verification Operations)
- Manage and monitor biometric verification systems during examinations and field projects
- Configure and troubleshoot biometric devices and verification applications
- Ensure smooth candidate authentication and attendance processes
- Coordinate with field teams for biometric setup, deployment, and technical support
- Resolve real-time technical issues during live projects
AWS Server Management
- Monitor and maintain AWS cloud servers hosting biometric applications
- Handle server health checks, uptime monitoring, backups, and performance optimization
- Coordinate deployment and configuration of biometric applications on AWS infrastructure
- Manage user access, permissions, and security settings
- Troubleshoot server-related and application-related issues
Technical Support & Coordination
- Provide remote and on-site technical support during examinations
- Coordinate with software developers and operations teams for issue resolution
- Ensure data synchronization and secure handling of biometric records
- Maintain proper documentation of technical activities and project reports
System Monitoring & Security
- Monitor application logs, server performance, and network connectivity
- Ensure data security, backup management, and system reliability
- Support implementation of secure authentication and access control measures
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare technical reports, incident logs, and daily status updates
- Maintain inventory and records of biometric devices and IT assets
- Document troubleshooting procedures and technical SOPs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in IT support, biometric systems, or server management
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS services and cloud server management
- Understanding of biometric devices and verification systems
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments
- Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with remote support tools and application monitoring
Preferred Skills
- Experience in examination or field-based IT projects
- Knowledge of AWS EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, and server deployment
- Understanding of database handling and application support
- Ability to work under pressure during live projects
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
