What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels
- Partner closely with founders and business leaders on hiring strategy
- Build strong talent pipelines and create exceptional candidate experiences
- Help shape the people foundation of a fast-growing business
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HRBP
- Strong stakeholder management and people judgment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Mumbai-based or willing to relocate
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, or F&B is a plus
