Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to manage the social media presence of Hindi poets, poetry creators, and Hindi content personalities across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of social media algorithms, Hindi content trends, audience behaviour, content strategy, and platform growth. The role will involve managing clients, planning content, improving engagement, and driving organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage social media accounts of Hindi poets and poetry-related clients.
* Develop and execute social media strategies for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
* Understand and monitor YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms and their impact on reach and engagement.
* Create monthly/weekly content calendars based on poetry, videos, quotes, reels, shorts and trending topics.
* Identify opportunities to increase views, followers, reach, engagement and watch time.
* Manage YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels strategy.
* Suggest suitable titles, captions, hashtags, thumbnails and posting formats.
* Analyse social media insights and prepare performance reports.
* Track competitors, trending Hindi poetry content and changing platform trends.
* Coordinate with poets, writers, video editors, graphic designers and internal teams for content execution.
* Communicate directly with clients and understand their requirements.
* Plan promotional strategies for poetry videos, events, shows, books and other client activities.
* Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity for each poet/client.
* Handle comments, audience engagement and community-building activities.
* Identify underperforming content and recommend improvements.
* Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, features and content formats.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
* Good understanding of social media algorithms and organic growth.
* Strong knowledge of Hindi poetry, Hindi literature and Hindi digital content.
* Excellent Hindi communication and content understanding.
* Good knowledge of Reels, Shorts, thumbnails, captions and hashtags.
* Client handling and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Ability to understand social media insights and make strategy decisions.
* Creative thinking and strong understanding of digital trends.
* Ability to manage multiple poet/client accounts simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
